Bryce A. Williams
President and Chief Executive Officer
Bryce Williams is the President and CEO of Extend Health. Prior to Extend Health, Mr. Williams was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at eHealth, Inc, the parent of eHealth Insurance Services, Inc. Prior to eHealth, he served as Director, Development for OnCare, an oncology physician practice management company, and Vice President and General Counsel of Advance Paradigm, which was sold to Caremark, Inc. Prior to Advance, Mr. Williams was a corporate transactions attorney at Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue. Mr. Williams holds a J.D. degree from George Washington University and a B.A. from Baylor University.
Anthony E. Meyer
Co-founder of Extend Health, LLC
Anthony E. Meyer has extensive entrepreneurial and executive experience. Prior to co-founding Extend Health, Inc., he was a founding partner of Lazard Freres Real Estate Investors (1993) and Trammell Crow Ventures (1984). Mr. Meyer has also been the founding CEO of three entrepreneurial companies and served as non-Executive Chairman of two public companies during their restructuring and recapitalization. He has also made numerous "angel" and/or early-stage venture capital investment. Mr. Meyer graduated from Harvard College in 1982 as a John Harvard Scholar and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1984.
Albert S. Waxman
Senior Managing Member, Psilos Group
Dr. Waxman founded Psilos Group in 1998 after a lengthy career as an entrepreneur in the health care field, most recently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merit Behavioral Care until the company was acquired by Magellan Health Services in February 1998. Dr. Waxman’s prior experience includes, founding and serving as President, Chairman and CEO of Diasonics, Inc., one of the first medical companies to provide ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in the U.S. Dr. Waxman holds several U.S. and foreign patents for display, imaging and diagnostic technologies and products. He has also been instrumental in the start-up and success of several other health care companies throughout his career.
Stephen M. Krupa
Managing Member, Psilos Group
Stephen Krupa founded Psilos with Dr. Albert S. Waxman and heads Psilos' East Coast Office. Mr. Krupa focuses primarily on identifying investment opportunities in next generation healthcare services and healthcare information technology companies. In addition, he advises many of Psilos' portfolio companies in the areas of capital formation and merger and acquisition strategy and structure. Prior to Psilos, Mr. Krupa was a Vice President of Wasserstein Perella & Co., a leading international investment bank.
Richard “Dick” Gephardt, J.D.
Mr. Gephardt is currently President & CEO of the Gephardt Group, a consultant for Goldman Sachs and senior counsel at the law firm of DLA Piper in the firms Government Affairs practice group. Previously, Mr. Gephardt served as a U.S. Congressman from Missouri for 28 years (1977-2005), where he became a well known Democratic Party spokesperson. Mr. Gephardt was first elected to represent Missouri's Third Congressional District in 1976. As a House freshman, he was given the rare opportunity of serving on both the Ways and Means and Budget Committees, where he became a national leader on health care, trade and tax fairness. In 1984, Gephardt was elected Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, the fourth-ranking leadership position in the House. Thereafter, Mr. Gephardt was elected by his colleagues to serve as the Majority Leader of the United States House of Representatives from 1989-1995, and Minority Leader from 1995 to 2003. Congressman Gephardt holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
David Golden
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Revolution
David Golden is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Revolution. David joined Revolution after 18 years with JPMorgan, and a predecessor firm, Hambrecht & Quist. While at the firm, David was named co-director of M & A in 1992, director of M & A in 1995, and co-director of investment banking in 1998. Most recently he was Vice Chairman and Director of JPMorgan's global investment banking practice for technology, media and telecommunications clients and was a member of the management committee. David received an A.B. from Harvard University (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (cum laude), where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.
