Bryce A. Williams

President and Chief Executive Officer

Bryce Williams is the President and CEO of Extend Health. Prior to joining Extend Health, Mr. Williams was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at eHealth, Inc, the parent of eHealth Insurance Services, Inc. Prior to eHealth, he served as Director, Development for OnCare, an oncology physician practice management company, and Vice President and General Counsel of Advance Paradigm, which was sold to Caremark, Inc. Prior to Advance Paradigm, Mr. Williams was a corporate transactions attorney at Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue. Mr. Williams holds a J.D. degree from George Washington University and a B.A. from Baylor University.


Cathy A. Donahoe

Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Donahoe is responsible for the company’s human resources function including talent acquisition, total reward programs, work force readiness and organizational development. Prior to joining Extend Health, Ms. Donahoe was the Senior Director of Global Talent Management and Human Resources at Omniture, Inc. Prior to Omniture she held various HR Management roles in the startup technology sector, holding posts at NextPage, Puritan Bennett and Computer Intelligence InfoCorp. Ms. Donahoe also served as the President of the SHRM Human Resources Association of Central Utah from 2004 – 2006. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.A. in Organizational Management.


Paul Kirincich

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Paul Kirincich is responsible for finance, human resources and facilities at the company. Prior to joining Extend Health, Mr. Kirincich was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Netflix. Prior to that, he was an independent strategy consultant focusing on high tech start-up turnarounds, and held marketing, strategy and finance positions with various companies including Tandem Computers, Octel Communications Corp, and Lucent Technologies. Mr. Kirincich holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.


Cameron C. Liljenquist

Chief Technology Officer

Cameron Liljenquist is responsible for information and technology systems development, implementation and management at Extend Health. Prior to joining Extend Health, Mr. Liljenquist served as a Technology Project Manager and Business Development Manager for Fall River Corp., a privately held, Salt Lake City-based Internet technology and development firm. Mr. Liljenquist graduated with honors from the Brigham Young University with a cum laude degree in Physiology.


Benjamin M. Miller

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Miller is responsible for managing company operations. Prior to joining Extend Health, he served as VP, Marketing and Communication and VP, Business Development at Code Corporation. Mr. Miller has consulted with numerous start-up companies and was the founder of Miller Communications Group, a publishing firm that developed the Charleston City Paper and the Charleston Regional Business Journal. Mr. Miller holds a B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland.


Joseph J. Murad

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Joe Murad is responsible for overseeing operations as well as all product, business and carrier development for the company. Prior to joining Extend Health, Mr. Murad was the Director of Business Development at eHealth, Inc. Mr. Murad has also held a variety of senior sales and management roles with Informix Software and other industry leading database and application software companies in Silicon Valley. He holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California.


Noël Obourn

Executive Vice President of National Accounts

Ms. Obourn is responsible for employer and partner sales, as well as account management for the company. Prior to joining Extend Health, Ms. Obourn was Chief Sales Officer at Revolution Health Group. Prior to Revolution, she was the President of Cigna's National Accounts. Previously, Ms. Obourn served in several leadership posts with United Health Group, including National VP, Sales and Operations, VP of Sales for the Ohio markets, and SVP of Specialized Market Solutions. She began her career as a consultant at Aetna. Ms. Obourn holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.


Song Pak

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Pak is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, compliance and government relations. Prior to joining Extend Health, Ms. Pak was Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Revolution Health Group. Prior to Revolution Health, Ms. Pak was a corporate transactions attorney with DLA Piper where she represented both companies and investors in debt and equity financings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Pak holds a J.D., from the University of Texas, and a B.A., with honors, from Southern Methodist University.


Richard K. Wheeler

Senior Vice President, Public Sector

Mr. Wheeler is responsible for sales and business development for the Public Sector business segment at Extend Health. Prior to joining Extend Health, he served as National Vice President for Corporate Development and partner for Prescription Benefits, Inc. Prior to Prescription Benefits, he was founder and President of Wheeler & Associates, a health care business development /consulting firm. Prior to Wheeler & Associates, Mr. Wheeler spent 8 years at United Healthcare, where he held several executive-level leadership positions, including National Vice President of Public Sector Sales. Mr. Wheeler began his career with Humana, where he spent 20 years and held numerous executive levels sales leadership positions. Mr. Wheeler holds a B.A. in Psychology from Western Kentucky University.


Brian R. Bohlig

Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Bohlig is responsible for all aspects of marketing direction and execution at Extend Health. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President of Marketing for Arch Rock Corporation, a pioneer in wireless sensor networking. Prior to Arch Rock, Mr. Bohlig served as Director of Corporate Marketing and Workstation Product Management at VMware, where he was responsible for the company’s flagship desktop product and built the outbound marketing team during the company’s growth from $20 million to $400 million in annual sales. Previously, Mr. Bohlig held a variety of senior management roles at Corio and Sun Microsystems. He began his career as an investment banker at Montgomery Securities. Mr. Bohlig holds a BA, with Honors, from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
